Sipping Duck is a small-batch, boutique coffee roastery owned by Erik Ruelin and Fiorella Denari, based in Stratford, Cairns since December 2012.

With years of experience in the industry, we only offer the best quality imported or local coffee beans available in Australia, always choosing ethical origins with an international cupping score of 85+ over 100. Consequently, our blends change with the coffee season but remain on the same cupping quality standards. This is how it all begins. Then it’s manually roasted in a small top of the line Has Garanti roaster and packed shortly after in bags that maintain freshness for months and let the coffee de-gas slowly without losing aroma or flavour.
